TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE
GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
If you need to return or exchange a product that you purchased in the online store, please contact the online manager (possible means of communication are listed below).
You can return or exchange the product of proper quality within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order when buying in the online store, if the item does not fit you in size, color, style or shape. Return and exchange of the product of proper quality is carried out if the thing was not used, preserved its trade dress, consumer properties, factory labels, as well as there is a sales receipt or cash voucher.
The costs of delivery of goods of proper quality shall be borne by the buyer.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you have received a product of improper quality due to a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it for a similar product of proper quality, provided that it is in stock.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and if the defect is detected, return the goods by sending a notice to the store with a photo of the damaged goods.
We have the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods to the buyer, if we believe that the detected defect is a consequence of improper use of the goods. In the event of a dispute over the quality of the goods or the causes of the defects, we shall accept the goods from the buyer and carry out an examination of the goods.
The buyer has the right to participate in the examination of the quality of the goods and to challenge the conclusion of the examination in court. If the expert examination of the goods establishes that the defects are due to improper use, the buyer shall reimburse us for the costs of the expert examination as well as the costs of storage and transportation of the goods associated with the expert examination.
The costs of delivery of goods of inadequate quality shall be borne by the store or by the purchaser, with the store reimbursing the costs of returning the goods.
WHEN AND HOW TO GET A REFUND
As soon as we receive the goods, you will be notified by post. After receiving the parcel, the application is processed within 3 working days. After the refund application is processed, the money is refunded to the card from which the order was paid for on the site.
